Beginning with this investigation, Roger is assigned a new partner Sergeant Martin Riggs, who has been suicidal ever since his wife Victoria “Vicky” Lynn Riggs died in a car crash in 1984. Riggs and Murtaugh’s investigation of Amanda’s death reveals that she was murdered. Upon hearing of this, Michael tells Murtaugh that he would like for whoever is behind Amanda’s murder to end up dead, like Amanda. Riggs and Murtaugh’s investigation continues and it makes them the targets of Shadow Company, a group of former Vietnam War era mercenaries who now bring heroin into the Los Angeles County region. Shadow Company’s leader, General Peter McAllister, and his right hand man, Mr. Joshua, want Riggs and Murtaugh dead, no matter what the cost.

Doesn't Obama's NEW method of counting "jobs created" seem shadier than the first?
This article claims they have "abandoned their controversial method of counting jobs".

The former method counted jobs created (you can measure this) and jobs saved (Congressional Budget Office is on record as saying that tracking this statistic is impossible).

But NOW the WH has expanded their "jobs created or saved" to include ANY job related to ANY project that received stimulus money. (despite the fact that these jobs weren’t saved or created)

What do you think??

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100112/ap_o n_bi_ge/us_stimulus_counting_jobs

Despite mounting a vigorous defense of its earlier count of more than 640,000 jobs credited to the stimulus, even after numerous errors were identified, the Obama administration now is making it easier to give the stimulus credit for hiring. It’s no longer about counting a job as saved or created; now it’s a matter of counting jobs funded by the stimulus.

That means that any stimulus money used to cover payroll will be included in the jobs credited to the program, including pay raises for existing employees and pay for people who never were in jeopardy of losing their positions……………………"It is troubling that the administration is changing the rules and further inflating the Recovery Act’s impact and masking the failure of the stimulus to produce sustainable economic growth or real job creation," Issa said in a letter sent last week to the government board monitoring stimulus spending.

Recipients of recovery money no longer have to show that a job would have been lost without the stimulus help, and they no longer are required to keep an ongoing tally of jobs saved or created. The new rules allow stimulus recipients to limit the job tally to quarterly reports, making it impossible to avoid double-counting a job that was created in one quarter and continued into the next.

yea now he counts it if it’s a job created, saved, or funded. What a joke.

It’s particularly funny because government intervention into the economy doesn’t even work to begin with. The stimulus was a failure before it was even passed. If there was an ever an example of "herding the sheep", so to speak, this is it.

Why so much hate for Roma Gypsies In Britain?
Britain is fast becoming the "The New Germany" a Third Reich, the newspapers constantly target Roma Gypsies has the major cause of all crime, domestic and social, Roma are falsely accused of murder, rape, kidnapping, along with theft and even setting up home away from society on our own land away from society that hates us, is becoming a major crime.
Things are not getting better here in the U.K, in fact, the racial tension between both Roma and the British is so thick, you could cut it with a knife.
What I want to know is this: What have we done to be outcasted like this in this country?
You call us thieves, well, the truth be said, yes, there are a FEW theives among us, and often Irish Travellers leave piles of garbage which we get the blame for EVEN THOUGH WE LIVE IN A HOUSE.
Does this give the British the right to hate us?
The simple truth is the cannot justify this kind of Nazi like behaviour toward us, why? well, without being racist let’s look at other minorities in Britain today.
First and foremost we have Muslim extremist teaching that "English are pigs in a mosque in London" then there was he incident with tha Danis Cartoons, the hate that spewed from the Islamic mouth was phenomenal.
Then there are the Blacks, often caught carrying knives, OFTEN using them. But you NEVER EVER hear a politician or the newspapers run THEM down.
So how does Britain justify its hate?

because crime goes up when they get near towns, Coincidence? I THINK NOT!
Aquarius | Feb 03, 2010

There is no tension between Brits and these Roma people. It’s tension between Brits and Immigrants.

These gypsies bring their 3rd world ways to Britain and it just brings down the area.

- Having 20 of them squatting in a 3 bedroom house
- Their stupid dangerous driving
- Big Issue outside Tesco

They have no class.

IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE WAY BRITAIN IS TREATING YOU, SOD OFF! NO ONE ASKED YOU TO COME HERE AND QUITE FRANKLY NOBODY WANTS YOU HERE!
Soy Boricua Como El Coqui | Feb 03, 2010

The Muslim Extremists are all over the news if you looked.
Charlie Chuckles | Feb 03, 2010

 what is your nationality

the best bit of your rant is
" without being racist let’s look at other minorities in Britain today."
you then go on to bash two minorities in the same way you feel you are being bashed.

To be honest this is how people feel about roma in the UK

1) dont give a shit
2) if there is a large group settling nearby who are going to leave a load of crap for people to clean up they are a bunch of cunts

Unfortunatly you are far less important to the collective concousness of the uk that you think
0 | Feb 03, 2010

Get in line. Britain is full of people who want to complain that they are the most hated group on the planet. Most Brits are too consumed with the Islamicization of their country to be worried about a very small minority like the Roma.
Cali | Feb 03, 2010

There’s nothing wrong with romanies or gypsies ,i have worked along side them in the Kent’s fields , Its the people who think they are travelers ,who have been thrown out of there house and go to live in a trailer, and park in fields and leave there rubbish about , given the true Gypsies a bad name .
gordon3392 | Feb 03, 2010

first of all.. they are scumbags the whole world knows that, it doesnt matter where they go they will cause trouble

everyday i take the tube, and guess whats waiting for me on the ride back home… roma gypsies trying to pickpocket me

also as someone mentioned, loads of eastern european immigrants -including the gypsies- sponge off the benefit system

im no nazi, and in no way do i agree with hitler… except for when he called you roma gypsies "parasites" because hes right.
British Atheist | Feb 03, 2010

As a person from a minority group you should not be picking on others from different minority groups.

The overwhelming majority of Blacks do not carry knives and the overwhelming majority of Muslims do not preach extremism. Why perpetuate these simple stereotypes? Is hatred towards these people justifiable?

Minorities should unite together to fight against racism, discrimination and prejudice - and not fight amongst themselves.
I drive an ‘04 Dodge SRT-4. In the manual under maintenance schedules it says both to replace the engine air cleaner filter and it also says to "Inspect and replace, if required, the the make-up air filter (located inside the air cleaner)"

What is the Make-up air filter? I replaced the main air filter and looked inside of it but there was no other filter inside of it.

 UCANTCME | Jul 08, 2007

Make up air refers to extra air the engine needs under high demand situations. The M.A. supply vent only opens when the throttle is nearly wide open, the normal air intake under these circumstances can’t supply the required C.F.M.’s. It is usually an extra supplied with high performance models or can be purchased "after market". Your vehicle apparently is not so equipped.
While away on a trip he told his Italian driver, Giuseppe, to tell his friend Norman to keep an eye on her, or take care of her. But his english is not too good, so Norman thought he was saying that Claude wanted him to hire a private eye to keep tabs on her. Which he did. Claude tells him that it’s ok but the man Norman hired gives him his report and it says something happened while he was away. Claude, of course, tells him to throw it away but after Norman leaves, Claude tries to retrieve it and tries to read it but Daniella’s there, when Giuseppe destoys it, he goes to the man Norman hired to get a copy. He tells Claude that a man went into his apartment while he was away and left at an unusual hour, and that he also has a video. Claude tells him to destroy it but shortly after leaving returns so that he can watch it. Now the video’s a little fuzzy but clearly he can see that the man wears a particular type of clothing. Claude goes around checking every man he knows to see if they wear that clothing. He discovers that Max, his protege and a ladies man wears it. After confronting Daniella, she is harboring a secret but not what Claude thinks it is, so when she tells Claude that it’s no big thing, Claude freaks out, and is planning to kill her and frame Max but an unforeseen circumstance disrupts the perfect plan he dreamed up.

Why is Teddy long so bias?
Whats the deal with Teddy Long he changes and bends the rules and he always favours the babyfaces (example) at tlc batista had the match won he had the three count but Long came out and restarted the match just because batista hit a low blow on the undertaker but what he needed to realise was a chairs match is a hardcore no DQ match so whats the deal with that. I don’t know if its just me but I think that Long did it to cover his ass from what happened at breaking point in montreal. Something else that really annoyed me was at extreme rulz when jeff beat edge for the world heavy weight title and then cm punk cashed in money in the bank right after and at the bash he gave jeff another rematch but not edge after the triple treat match on raw which I thought was very unfair because edge lost his title at extreme rulz and so did jeff so I didn’t think it was fair that jeff got two rematches and edge only got one in my opinion thats bad management. Another thing that got me mad was when he gave john morrison a world title match against jeff for doing nothing at all but he dosen’t give wrestlers like chris jericho or edge a free shot. For this one people might not agree but when the undertaker returned at summerslam 2009 and chokeslamed punk the following smackdown he made the undertaker the new number 1 contender without quallifying for doing anything just because the undertaker returned after a knee surjery why is it fair that he automaticly gets a world title shot and heel main event superstars don’t

Say if you think I’m right or not and say why?

Because he himself is a face. so obv, he is going to be in favor for the babyfaces.

If he was a heel GM, then hed be in favor of the heels.
WHOA WHOA WHAT IS THAT?!! | Feb 06, 2010

he is so bias because he is black and he does not like people being bias against him so he is bias to everyone else!
Steve | Feb 06, 2010

Same reason Vickie Guerreo favored the heels. Its their gimmick put on by WWE writers. Longs gimmick is that of a face so he will obviously favor faces. I know it pisses me off too, but its the only way Teddy can sell his gimmick. Just think the reactions Vickie gets from favoring heels.
John Bradshaw Layfield | Feb 07, 2010

I disagree but I think Taker should have had a #1 contenders match
Moshi Man | Feb 07, 2010

Teddy Long is only doing what he is told to do. It’s that simple. There is your answer.
